We are smart people from different parts of the world who do really smart interactive marketing by thinking about returns. Our focus is on understanding our clients’ commercial requirements and business goals, then translate those into the metrics that matter and make a difference to the bottom line. For example, rather than just ratings and reach we look at revenue, channel shift and retention. And rather than chart our growth on annual billings, we look at our clients’ revenue and ROI — which averaged $20:$1 in 2006.
