I'm impressed. Of course, all my degrees are in writing, so the business speak and flow charts about margins and returns are new to me. Here's what I liked best: The idea that true value lies in our ability to "spark inspiration and need, emotion and thought; from those things that make up everyday life." Now that's an idea I could get excited about. Startling claims in your last few paragraphs. I’m impressed.
