At its quarterly Council Meeting, the IPA elected Web Liquid into membership. Web Liquid is a digital marketing agency based in London, with offices in New York. Established in 2003 by Founding Partners David Shiell, Alain Portmann and Matthew Cronin, their client base includes such brands as Hilton Hotels, Avis Rent A Car and XL.com.

David Shiell, said: “Continued growth of our business and staff development requires a focused and sustained effort.
